RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification from EVANCOUTURE regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at service@evancouture.shop with your order number and a description of the defect or damage.
